As a Strategic Collaboration Partner, you introduce:
International keynotes (60–90 minutes)
Half-day and full-day workshops
HR and leadership implementation sessions
Strategic advisory (optional add-on)
All work is delivered with:
Clear booking structure
Professional standards
International positioning
Executive-level communication
COMMISSION MODEL
Standard Commission
You receive:
25% of the professional fee
for all confirmed bookings secured through your introduction.
Applies to:
Professional fee only
All bookings with organisations you originally introduce
Does not apply to:
Travel expenses
Accommodation
Logistical costs
Commission is paid after full invoice payment is received.
Cluster Incentive (30%)
If you secure a minimum of three confirmed bookings:
Within the same country or geographically coordinated region
Scheduled within a concentrated delivery window not exceeding fourteen (14) consecutive days
Confirmed within the same booking cycle
Commission increases to:
30% of the professional fee for those bookings
Cluster qualification is assessed based on calendar coordination and travel efficiency.
PROFESSIONAL STRUCTURE
To maintain international professional standards:
50% deposit secures booking date
Remaining balance is payable prior to delivery
Travel and accommodation are covered by the hosting organisation
Business class travel applies for flights exceeding five hours
Minimum 4-star hotel standard
All final scope, pricing, contractual agreements and invoicing are handled directly between myself and the organisation.
Your role is to facilitate introduction and initial dialogue.
